الأسئلة المتداولة
What garment does EU GMP Grade A or B require?
A sterile, one-piece hooded coverall (or equivalent) with a sterile hood that covers hair and beard, a face mask, eye protection, sterile gloves and sterilised overboots. EU GMP Annex 1 (2022) requires sterile garments for Grade A/B.
What is the ISO class of Grade B?
Grade B is ISO 5 at rest and ISO 7 in operation (ISO 14644-1 classes as referenced by EU GMP Annex 1). Grade A is ISO 5 both at rest and in operation.
What should operators wear in Grade C?
A one- or two-piece trouser suit with high neck, gathered at the wrists, with hair and beard covered and dedicated shoes or overshoes. Sterile garments are not mandatory in Grade C unless your contamination control strategy requires them.
What should operators wear in Grade D?
A general protective suit or cleanroom coat with hair (and beard) covered and dedicated shoes or overshoes. Grade D is the least stringent GMP grade.
Can I use split (two-piece) suits in Grade A/B?
No, not normally. For Grade A/B, use a one-piece hooded coverall that is tucked into overboots; two-piece suits are suited to Grade C/D and to many ISO 6–8 non-GMP cleanrooms.
Are MIDPOSI cleanroom garments reusable?
Yes. MIDPOSI cleanroom garments listed on this tool are reusable and autoclavable up to 100 cycles, which lowers cost per use compared with single-use garments.
Do you offer disposable cleanroom garments?
Not in this online catalogue. If you need single-use garments, choose "Disposable" in the tool and request a quote; our team will tell you what we can supply.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Production MOQ is 50 pieces per style, including custom, OEM and private-label orders. Samples and trial orders are available from 10 pieces.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is about 25 days after order confirmation. Shipping time depends on destination and carrier.
Can I add my logo or order private label?
Yes. OEM and private-label orders are available from 50 pieces per style; select it in the quote request.
Which garment is best for semiconductor or electronics cleanrooms?
For ISO 4–5, use a hooded coverall with integrated socks or boots plus an ESD hood; for ISO 6–7, a coverall or anti-static split suit; for ISO 8, an anti-static lab coat with hair cover.
Is this selector free and do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free and needs no sign-up. It gives a starting recommendation; confirm the final specification against your own contamination control strategy and SOPs.
Guidance only. Garment requirements summarised from EU GMP Annex 1 (2022) §7 and ISO 14644-1 classes; your contamination control strategy and SOPs take precedence.
